Application Details

Below is an extract from the application form, that has all the pertinent information, that as parent looking to send your child to Pre-School that  that you may need.  Please contact us for your application form.

“Thank you for enquiring about Ridings Pre-School as a provider of the Early Years Foundation Stage for your child. Ridings Pre-School is a Registered Charity that provides care and early learning for children aged from 2 years to school age. We are situated in the old village school in the heart of the village within easy access of the local area. We are registered with Ofsted who credited the Pre-School as good in its last inspection in 2022. This busy Pre-School delivers high quality care and education by skilled and qualified practitioners with a high ratio of adults to children.
As a Charitable Organisation we do expect all families to support our ongoing fund raising events organised by the Parent’s Committee. There are lots of opportunities for parents to become involved in the life of Pre-School.

There are nine sessions available each week with additional lunch clubs for those looking to extend their time at Pre-School.
Monday ——- Friday 9-00 —- 15-15 (Full day)
Monday ——- Friday 9-00 —-  11-30 & 12-30 — 15-15 (Lunch club optional)
Individual morning & afternoon sessions are available with or without lunch club.

We offer flexible options to suit different family’s needs with individual morning & afternoon sessions that are available with or without lunch club. Please see the team at the Pre-School for details of the current rates. 

A voluntary contribution of £10 towards start-up costs can be paid and a charge of £5 is payable for a red book wallet at the time of booking a place. Fees are collected at the start of each half term. Four weeks notice is required for the cancellation of a place. 15 hours Government funding is available for children attending Pre-School the term after their 3rd birthday.

We are registered with several childcare voucher companies please ask for details.
